Ravens Running Club

Lloyd’s running club have continued to grow in 2016 and look forward to further growth in 2017. The club is made up from all parts of the market, brokers, Underwriters, mga’s, finance, actuarial, legal, loss adjusters and run – off all aspects of our market are covered by the membership of Lloyd’s running club.

New to Ravens is their beginners/improvers group that meet at the same time/same place, every Monday and cater specifically for less experienced runner and those who have never run before. The ultimate goal of these runners is that they will become accomplished enough to join the main Ravens running group. This may appeal to ‘newbies’ in the community.

Fewer in numbers than the men, the main Ravens running group have recently increased their female membership and we very much welcome hearing from females who would like to improve their current race times or just enjoy the sport.

In 2016 the club successfully defended their Mob Match title with victory over the Banking Community. They also recorded their highest placing the Summer Assembly League.
