Lloyd's Cycling Club

In 2009 a group of enthusiastic riders formed the Lloyds Cycling Club. The members are drawn from the Lloyd’s Market and include complete beginners to experienced club racers.

The club aims to help others by raising money for charity while providing an environment for networking, improved health and fitness, along with nurturing team-work.

The club organises a number of events each year, including club rides in and around the London area, social events and annual tours. The annual tours are the showcase events of the club and vary from recreational tours organised by independent tour operators, to major challenges organised by the LCC committee. Major tours include Lloyd’s to Monte Carlo, London to Paris in 24 hours, Tour of Italy, and Lands End to John O’Groats. These major tours provide the perfect opportunity to fundraise money for charity. To date the LCC has fundraised over £250,000 for charity.
